本文件适用于以水为介质的小于0.1 MPa的低压锅炉。其范围规定为设计正常水位容积不小于30 L且额定蒸汽压力小于0.1 MPa（表压）的蒸汽锅炉；出口水压小于0.1 MPa（表压）且额定功率不小于0.07 MW热水锅炉。
