1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to facilitating mobile communication construction in Shanghai, promoting technological progress of public mobile communication, reasonably sharing station site resources, saving composite cost, maintaining rights and interests of mobile communication users, operators and the public and ensuring healthy development of public mobile communication.
1.0.2 This standard specifies basic requirements for design and acceptance of mobile communication indoor signal cover compartment system (hereinafter referred to as "indoor cover system".
1.0.3 This standard is applicable to engineering construction of indoor cover system for constructed public buildings with single-storey building area greater than 3000m2 and building height greater than 24m. Construction, renovation and extension engineering of indoor cover system for public buildings with single-storey building area less than 3000m2 or building height less than 24m also may refer to this standard.
1.0.4 Construction of indoor cover system shall not only comply with this standard, but also meet the requirements of national and provisional current relevant standards.
2 Terms
2.0.1 mobile communication
communication between mobile objects or between mobile object and fixed object. Mobile objects include people or such objects as automobiles, trains and ship etc. in mobile state
2.0.2 public mobile base station
fixed radio transceiver station for information transmission with mobile telephone terminal through mobile switching center in certain radio cover area
2.0.3 mobile communication indoor signal cover compartment system
building system consisting of such facilities as receiving, transmitting and transmission of mobile communication signal, which is arranged in indoor mobile base station
