Article 1.0.2 This Standard is applicable to the following engineering drawings:
The construction and extension engineering for fossil fuel power plant, substation and transmission and distribution line;
Electric power system planning, dispatch automation in electric power, power system relaying protection and electric power system communication engineering; Electrical engineering for power generations such as hydraulic power, terrestrial heat, air force, nuclear energy ,tide energy, storage and solar energy.
Article1.0.3 The electric power engineering drawings shall not only be carried out with those specified in this standard, but shall also be carried out with relevant regulations of current national and professional standards.
