本导则规定了水电站混流式水轮机分瓣转轮组装、焊接、热处理及加工的工艺方法、技术要求、操作程序和检验的一般规则。
本导则适用于混流式水轮机分瓣数为二、材质为低合金钢及镍铬不锈钢的转轮在现场组装、焊接的工艺过程，不适用于上冠、下环及叶片分件制造并在现场组装、焊接的组焊方式。
