1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for inspection and control technology of hydrogen, oil and water system supplied with the main body in main body specifications of turbine generators, basic requirements for the inspection and control equipments provided by in complete set as well as the test and acceptance requirements.
This standard is applicable to the unit cooled by water hydrogen cooling method (the generator stator winding is cooled by water and the rotor and iron core is cooled by hydrogen) with capacity at or more than 300MW; other units may also take a reference to this standard.

The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding corrigenda), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, all parties coming to an agreement according to this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest edition of these documents is applicable. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document is applicable to this standard.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The adopted inspection, control, protection instrument and the inspection and control equipments shall have the experience of successful application at similar condition; the technology shall be advanced and can ensure safe and economical operation and meet the national relevant standard. The disused products or the products will fall into disuse shall not be adopted. The various control equipments of instruments shall meet the relevant requirements of explosion-proof, fire prevention, water-proofing, corrosion protection and dustproof and shall meet conform to the provisions of DL/T 5182 according to different installation sites.
3.1.2 The provided inspection, controlling and protection equipments shall meet the automatic monitoring technology developing requirements of current power station. The quantity and function of monitoring facilities shall meet the automatic starting requirements of turbine generators. If the relevant operation parameters of unit endanger the safe operation of generator, the warning signal and reliable stopping signal shall be sent out.
3.1.3 The intelligent instrument of field bus or equipments provided in complete set according to customer requirements shall conform to IEC 61158 and relevant international standard; the relevant diagnose, management software of field bus protocol should be adopted to realize the remote maintenance for the calibration, configuration and diagnose of transmitter and performer.
3.1.4 The electric operator provided in complete set should be adopted with integration form.
3.1.5 The parameter setting requirements and control protection requirements for generator body and hydrogen, oil, water system shall be proposed in written documents. The measuring points of parameters shall include detailed descriptions of type, form specifications, precision and function. Control and protection requirements shall include control, protection, interlock, self regulating description and relevant logic block diagram and shall conform to relevant safety code.
