1 Scope This standard specifies the basic requirements for the inspection and control within the main body scope of boiler feed water pump (including electrically driven feed pump group, steam feed pump and booster pump) in fossil fuel power plant as well as test and acceptable for equipment. This standard is applicable to the boiler feed water pump matched with 3.0 MW or above unit. The boiler feed water pump of unit lower than 3.0 MW may also make a reference to this standard. 2 Normative reference The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding corrigenda), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, all parties coming to an agreement according to this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest edition of these documents is applicable. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document is applicable to this standard. GB 4208 Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosure (IP code) GB/T 20540 Digital Data Communication for Measurement and Control DL/T 641 Electric Valve Actuators for Power Plant DL/T 5182 Technical Rule for Designing of Local Equipment Installation Pipeline and Cables of I&C in Power Plant IEC 61158 Industrial Communication Networks-Field Bus Specifications 3 Technical Requirements 3.1 General requirements 3.1.1 The adopted inspection, control, protection instruments and the inspection and control equipments shall have the experience of successful application at similar condition; the technology shall be advanced and can ensure safe , economical and environmental-friendly and meet the national relevant standards. The disused products or the products will fall into disuse shall not be adopted. Various instruments and control equipments shall meet the relevant requirements of explosion-proof, fire prevention, water-proofing, corrosion protection, dustproof and vibration protection according to different installation sites and shall conform to the relevant provisions of DL/T 5182. 3.1.2 The provided intelligent instrument of field bus or equipment shall meet the provisions IEC 61158 and the relevant provisions of GB/T 20540. The relevant diagnose, management software of field bus protocol should be adopted to realize the remote maintenance works of calibration, configuration and diagnose. 3.1.3 The each item measuring point for the operating efficiency calculation and performance test of boiler feed water pump shall be provided and the corresponding efficiency calculation formula shall be provided in related data. The requirements of equipment safe operation, performance monitoring and state overhauling shall be considered for the arrangement of measuring point. 3.1.4 All the measuring point contents, layout position, installation requirements and control requirements for boiler feed water pump body shall be proposed. Measuring point contents shall include the normal value, allowable deviation, alarm limit for abnormality, limit value when fault occurring and the operating value for pump off under accident of all the measuring points (temperature, pressure, differential pressure, flow, object (liquid) level, vibration, etc.) at different operating conditions. 3.1.5 The proposed control requirements shall include various detailed description and (or) relevant logical diagram, adjustment block diagram and start/stop curve of control mode, control procedure, adjustment and control strategy to realize the start/stop, safe and economical operation of safety, as well as the characteristic curve of main regulating valve. 3.1.6 The proposed protection requirements shall include the conditions for start/stop, normal operation, pump off on accident of boiler feed water pump, fixed parameter value, description of logic constitution (including whether delay or not and the mutual interlock logic of major equipment) and logic diagram. The boiler feed water pump plant is responsible for the protection requirement and corresponding logic diagram and make the final determination. It shall meet the relevant safety codes. 3.1.7 The complete set of control provided along with main body shall be equipped with information of detailed control description and (or) logical diagram, schematic diagram, wiring diagram, debugging and maintenance instruction and description of installation and operation.
