Foreword
This standard replaces EJ/T 345-1988 Technical specifications of water chemistry for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant During the preparation of this standard, the relevant technology and experience of water chemistry for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants at home and abroad are fully applied, feedbacks of operating experience of domestic pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants are also reflected.
The following main changes have been made with respect to EJ/T 345-1988:
a) The normative references are added;
b) The terms and definitions are added;
c) The analytical method requirements of water chemical parameters are added;
d) The relevant contents of the water chemistry of the primary circuit system are modified, the concentration of chloride and fluoride ions in the reactor coolant system is modified from ≤0.15ppm to ≤0.10mg/kg; and the relevant contents of 12% boric acid concentration in Table 6 are canceled;
e) The relevant contents of the water chemistry of the secondary coolant circuit system are modified, the dissolved oxygen concentration of supplied water during power operation is modified from [O2]+0.005ppm to >0.02mg/kg, etc.;
f) The contents of chemical reagent technical conditions and ion exchange resin technical conditions in the original standard are canceled;
g) The contents of usage guidelines of several chemical materials in the original standard are canceled;
h) The contents of Annex A in the original standard for protective coatings used for containment structures and system equipment inside containment are canceled.
This standard was proposed by China National Nuclear Corporation.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Institute for Standardization of Nuclear Industry.
Drafting organization of this standard: Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research & Design Institute.
