1 Scope This Standard specifies the classification criteria of the safety classification of structures, systems and components, seismic classification and quality assurance classification, and recommends the standard and specification adopted for design. This Standard is applicable to facility for wet storage of spent nuclear fuel, head end facility, chemical separation facility, trail end facility, radioactive waste processing facility and auxiliary facilities. 2 Normative References The following documents contain provisions, which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this Standard.
