4 Technical requirements
4.1 Safety requirements
The basic safety technical requirements shall conform to the provisions of GB18401.
4.2 Grading requirements
The quality of the batch as a unit, according to the quality of the internal and external quality of the test results, and the lowest one of the assessment, divided into excellent, first-class products, qualified products, less than qualified products for the outside of the product.
4.3 Intrinsic quality requirements
4.3.1 The internal quality shall be evaluated on a batch basis, according to the physical indexes and fastness to dyeing, and the lowest of these shall be used to evaluate the grade.
4.3.2 The evaluation grade of physical indexes shall be executed according to the provisions of Table 1.
4.3.3 The assessment level of fastness to dyeing shall be carried out according to Table 2.
Table 2 Colour fastness index requirements
4.4 Appearance quality requirements
4.4.1 Physical quality
Physical quality refers to appearance, feel, colour and shade. The inspection is carried out batch by batch against the sealed sample, and those who meet the sealed sample are qualified products. The sealed sample shall be subject to contractual agreement.
4.4.2 Faults in appearance
The appearance defects of the woven yarn shall be evaluated by 10 black boards and the defects in the length of the winding of the black board, and the density of the winding of the black board shall be 9 yarns/cm. According to the provisions of Appendix A, the lowest one shall be evaluated according to Table 3.
Table 3 appearance defects rating requirements
5 Test method
5.1 Sampling regulations
5.1.1 The same batch shall have the same raw material composition and specifications. In each batch, one sample shall be taken at random. If the batch is 500 kg or less, 10 samples shall be taken; if the batch is 500 kg or more, 10 samples shall be taken for each additional 500 kg.
5.1.2 Samples for internal and external quality tests shall be taken at random from different parts of the same variety and batch number. 5.1.3 Samples for colour fastness tests shall include all colour numbers of the same variety.
5.2 Test methods for individual items
5.2.1 The light fastness test shall be performed in accordance with GB/T8427-2019 Method 3.
5.2.2 Washing fastness test "hand wash" products according to GB/T 12490-2014 (test condition A1S, without steel balls), "machine washable" products according to GB/T 12490 -2014 (test condition B1S, without steel balls).
5.2.3 Other items shall be executed according to FZ/T20017.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Judgement rules
6.1.1 Judgement of intrinsic quality
The intrinsic quality is evaluated according to the physical index and dyeing fastness test results, and if it meets the requirements of the corresponding products, the intrinsic quality is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. If the intrinsic quality of all samples is qualified, the intrinsic quality of the batch of products is qualified, otherwise the intrinsic quality of the batch of products is unqualified. The fastness to dyeing is assessed separately according to different colours, and when the fastness to dyeing of a certain colour fails, only the products of that colour are judged to be unqualified. 6.1.2 Determination of appearance quality
The appearance quality is evaluated according to the physical quality and the appearance defects. If the physical quality and appearance defects are in accordance with the corresponding grade, the appearance quality of the batch of products is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
6.1.3 Comprehensive judgement
6.1.3.1 Products of each grade that do not comply with GB 18401 shall be judged as unqualified.
6.1.3.2 The quality and appearance of the products within the quality of the test results of the comprehensive assessment, and the lowest one of the assessment. 6.2 Acceptance rules
6.2.1 Both supply and demand shall be accepted in accordance with this document.
6.2.2 Calculation of the nominal weight of yak woven yarn according to Appendix B. If the metric deviation is within 0.5% (including 0.5%), the delivery weight shall not be corrected, but if it exceeds 0.5%, the actual weight shall be settled. This shall not apply if otherwise agreed between the parties.
6.2.3 If either party disagrees with the acceptance results, samples may be taken and retested in accordance with the test methods specified in this document, and the retest results shall be final.
7 Packaging, marking
7.1 Packaging
7.1.1 Combed yak woven yarn shall be packaged in such a way that its quality is not damaged and that it can be transported and stored easily. 7.1.2 The packaging of the cylinder yarn shall be agreed between the supplier and the buyer.
7.1.3 Each package shall contain combed yak woven yarn of the same species, of the same grade, of the same batch number and of the same cylinder number. 7.2 Marking
7.2.1 Each cylinder shall be labelled with the name, specification, lot number, colour code, etc.
7.2.2 The outer packaging of the woven yarn shall be marked with the following information: name, item number, batch number, colour number, cylinder number, package number (box number), grade, weight, fibre content, standard, manufacturer's name, date of production, etc.
8 Other
If the supply and demand sides require otherwise, the contract can be implemented according to the provisions.
Appendix A (normative) description of defects in appearance
A.1 Hairy particles: knots of tangled fibres, 2.5 times or more the diameter of normal yarn, 1 mm or more in length.
