Leno fabrics
Fabrics in which two groups of warp yarns (ground warp, doup warp) are twisted in whole or in part by means of special doup devices and interwoven with the weft yarns to form doup holes, resulting in a striped or floral distribution on the surface.
Note 1: The common doup heald device and typical doup hole form of roving fabric see Appendix A.
Note peal:The main characteristic and identification of the roving fabric is based on the doup organisation. Can be used 10 times and above the magnifying glass observation fabric, distinguish warp and weft interweaving warp is not twisted each other, that is, the ground warp position does not move, twisted warp sometimes in the right side of the ground warp, sometimes in the left side of the ground warp and weft for interweaving characteristics, for the identification of the lo fabric.
