1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of silk fabrics made from acetate fibres.
This document is applicable to the silk fabrics made of pure or interwoven acetate fibres and other fibres (acetate fibre content of 30% and above).

3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Acetate filament fabrics
Woven fabrics made from pure acetate filaments or from acetate filaments interwoven with other fibres.
4 Requirements
4.1 Content of requirements
The requirements include basic safety properties, internal quality and appearance quality.
4.2 Basic safety performance
Basic safety performance should meet the requirements of GB 18401; infants and children's products should meet the requirements of GB 31701.
4.3 Assessment items
Intrinsic quality assessment items include density deviation rate ﹑ quality of the old word. Fibre content tolerance, breaking strength, tearing strength, the degree of fault, wash size change rate, colour fastness, pilling 9. The appearance of the quality of the test items include colour difference (and confirm the sample comparison), width deviation rate, the appearance of three defects.
4.4 Grading regulations
4.4.1 The grading is based on the unit of horse. In addition to the density deviation rate in the intrinsic quality of the other assessment items according to the criticism; density deviation rate and appearance quality according to the horse rating.
4.4.2 The grade is evaluated by the lowest grade item in the intrinsic quality and appearance quality, and is divided into superior grade, first grade and second grade. Those below the second grade shall be the outer grade.
4.5 Intrinsic quality requirements
Intrinsic quality requirements shall be implemented according to Table 1.
4.6 Appearance quality requirements
4.6.1 Appearance quality requirements

4.6.3 - Scoring and grading instructions for defects in appearance
4.6.3.1 Appearance faults are scored on a limited cumulative basis.
4.6.3.2 The length of defects is measured in the maximum directional amount in either the warp or weft direction. ks
4.6.3.3 - A colour difference of not less than grade 4 in GB/T 250, with 4 points for every 1 m or less of lower grade 4.
4.6.3.4 The maximum cumulative score within 1 m in the direction of the warp is 4 points, more than 4 points according to 4 points.
4.6.3.5 The ordinary grade of "warp willow" is limited to second class, with obvious "warp willow" or other full continuous faults reduced to extra class. Severe continuous faults shall be deducted 4 points per metre, and more than 4 m shall be graded out of grade.
4.6.3.6 Serious faults such as holes are not permitted in the superior and first class products.
4.6.4 Calculation of the score of appearance defects
Each fabric appearance defects fixed fraction by the formula (1) calculation, the calculation results according to GB/T 8170 modified to one decimal point.
5 test method
5.1 Basic safety performance
According to GB18401 implementation; infants and children with products according to GB 31701 implementation.
5.2 Inner quality
5.2.1 Density deviation rate
According to GB/T 4668-1995 implementation; arbitration test using method A.
Each sample should be measured at least 3 m from the ends of five weft density, each two measurements at an interval of more than 2 m, the arithmetic mean of the measured values, according to GB/T 8170 revised to 0.1 / 10 cm.
5.2.2 Quality deviation rate
According to GB/T 4669--2008 in the implementation of method 5; arbitration test according to the implementation of method 3.
5.2.3 Fibre content
GB/T 2910 (all parts).GB/T 38015.FZ/T io26.FZ/T 01057 (all parts), FZ/T01101 implementation.
5.2.4 Fracture strength
Executed according to GB/T 3923.1.
5.2.5 Tearing strength
Executed according to GB/T 3917.2.
5.2.6 Degree of faulty
According to GB/T13772.2 implementation. Specimen width size of 75 mm, load value in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.
5.2.7 Washing size change rate
According to GB/T 8628,GB/T 8629-2017,GB/T 8630. The washing method uses GB/T 8629-2017 in the A standard washing machine 4G program, and the drying method uses GB/T 8629-2017 in the program A (hanging to dry).
5.2.8 Colour fastness
5.2.8.1 ﹑ Soap resistance colour fastness according to GB/T 3921-2008 implementation, test conditions choose A (1) method.
5.2.8.2 Colour fastness to perspiration according to GB/T 3922.
5.2.8.3 Water fastness according to GB / T 5713 implementation.
5.2.8.4 ﹑ Rubbing fastness according to GB / T 3920 implementation.
5.2.8.5: Colour fastness to heat and pressure test method according to GB/T 6152. Using the tide pressure method, the temperature is 110 ℃.
5.2.8.6: Colour fastness to light according to method 3 of GB/T 8427-2019, sunlight to the first stage.
5.2.9 Pilling
Executed according to GB/T 4802.2-2008, with the fabric itself as the abrasive, the number of rubbing is 2000 times.
5.3 Appearance quality
5.3.1 Colour difference
D65 standard light source or north natural light, illumination of not less than 600 lx, the sample should be measured in the same direction, the incident light and the sample surface at an angle of about 45 °, the inspector's line of sight is roughly perpendicular to the sample surface, a distance of about 60 cm visual inspection, and GB / T250 standard sample card comparison rating.
5.3.2 Width deviation rate
The effective width (except for the edge) is measured. The width of the entire sample can be measured at 5 evenly spaced locations at least 3 m from either end. The measurement is accurate to 0.1 cm and the arithmetic mean of the measured values is used as the test result, trimmed to one decimal place in accordance with GB/T 8170.
Arbitration test is carried out according to GB/T 4666.
5.3.3 Appearance faults test
5.3.3.1 warp inspection machine or weft inspection of the table. Arbitration test using the warp inspection machine inspection.
5.3.3.2 light source using daylight fluorescent lamps, the average illumination of the table surface 600 lx ~ 700 long, the ambient light source control in 150 lx below. Latitude inspection can be used to natural north light, the average illumination in 320 lx ~ 600 lx.
5.3.3.3 warp inspection machine, the inspection speed of (15 ± 5) m / min. unified table plate inspection speed of 15 pages / min.
5.3.3.4 inspector eyes from the centre of the fabric surface about 60 cm ~ 80-elie width of 114 cm and below by one person to inspect the product, width of 114 cm or more by two people to inspect the product.
5.3.3.5 Appearance defects to the surface of the fabric flat front shall prevail, negative faults affecting the front should also be scored. The size of the faults shall be measured by the maximum value in the warp or weft direction.

3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Requirements
4.1 Content of requirements
