3 Product Types and Main Technical Parameters
3.1 Types
3.1.1 Main engine type: moving drum and its cone taper is determined according to the request of fabric.
3.1.2 Beaming type : fixed and movable types.
3.1.3 Bobbin creel type: rectangular frame, V-shaped frame, rectangular-V-shaped complex frame.
3.2 Main technical parameters
3.2.1 Speeds of warping and beaming are less than or equal to 1 000m/min and 200m/min respectively and are both classless and adjustable.
3.2.2 Maximum effective width of sectional warping machine shall meet the requirements of GB/T 8461.
3.2.3 Drum diameter: 500mm, 800mm, 1 000mm.
3.2.4 Maximum diameter adapting to the side disk of beam: 1 250mm.
3.2.5 Main dimensions of warping beam shall meet the requirements of FZ/T 90035.
3.2.6 Main dimensions of bobbin creel shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20034.
