本标准规定了停车库（场）安全管理系统的技术要求，是设计、安装、验收停车库（场）安全管理系统的基本依据。
本标准适用于以安全防范管理为目的，对进、出车辆进行登录、监控和管理的封闭式停车库（场），其他类型的停车库（场）可参照执行。
