1 Scope
This standard specifies the judgement methods of the maximum allowable values of energy consumption, the energy efficiency grade and the evaluating values of energy conservation as well as the test methods and inspection rules of energy consumption for household refrigerators (hereinafter referred to as "refrigerators").
This standard is applicable to the motor-driven compression type refrigerators for household (including the refrigerators with volume larger than 500L). It is not applicable to the built-in refrigerator products for transparent door display or for other special purposes.
