本标准规定了鼠疫主要宿主动物的控制密度，鼠疫病原学与血清学阳性率水平和群体预防指标，及其考核原则与方法。本标准适用于我国下述七个类型鼠疫自然疫源地范围内的所有县(市、旗)：a)松辽平原达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地；b)陕甘宁黄土高原阿拉善黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地；c)天山山地灰旱獭长尾黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地；d)青藏高原喜玛拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地；e)帕米尔高原红旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地；f)内蒙古高原长爪沙鼠鼠疫自然疫源地；g)滇西居民区黄胸鼠鼠疫自然疫源地。?
