1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality requirements, test methods and inspection rules of natural gas.
This standard is applicable to the processed commercial natural gas transported by pipelines.

3 Classification and Quality Requirements
3.1 Natural gas is classified into Classes I and II according to high calorific value, total sulfur, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide content.
3.2 The quality requirements of natural gas shall comply with the quality requirements specified in Table 1.
