1 Scope
This standard specifies site selection principle and approaching requirements for municipal solid waste incineration plant as well as basic technical performance index of incinerator, and pollutant emission limit for incineration plant.
This standard is applicable to design for incineration facilities of municipal solid wastes, environmental impact assessment, as well as pollution control, and supervision and administration during completion acceptance and operating process.
