3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 1236, GB/T 3235 and JB/T 2977 and the following apply.
3.1
minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for fan
minimum allowable guaranteed value of efficiency for fan under the test conditions specified in the standard
3.2
plant
device consisting of a driver and a fan
4 Energy efficiency grade
The energy efficiency of a fan is classified into 3 grades, among which Grade 1 represents the highest energy efficiency, while Grade 3 represents the lowest. The requirements are as follows:
a) Centrifugal fan
1) The maximum fan efficiency ηr in stable working area shall not be lower than those specified in Table 1 and Table 2;
2) The maximum fan efficiency of centrifugal fans of common motor direct connection type (type A drive) in stable working area shall not be lower than those specified in Table 1 and Table 2;
3) The efficiency ηr of double-suction centrifugal fan in stable working area shall be reduced by 1 percentage point for Grades 1 and 2 according to those specified in Table 1 and Table 2, and by 3 percentage points for Grade 3;
4) The efficiency ηr of HVAC in stable working area shall be reduced by 1 percentage point for Grades 1 and 2 according to those specified in Table 1 and Table 2, and by 3 percentage points for Grade 3;
5) When there is an inlet box at the inlet, the efficiency ηr for each grade in stable working area shall be reduced by 4 percentage points according to those specified in Table 1 and Table 2;
6) For the forward multi-wing centrifugal fan with external rotor motor (except single-phase and three-phase multi-speed type, three-phase six-pole or above), the maximum unit efficiency shall not be lower than those specified in Table 4.
b) Axial fan
1) The maximum fan efficiency in stable working area shall not be lower than those specified in Table 3;
2) The maximum efficiency of centrifugal fans of common motor direct connection type (type A drive) in stable working area shall not be lower than those specified in Table 3;
3) When there is an inlet box at the inlet, it shall be reduced by 3 percentage points according to those specified in Table 3;
4) When the outlet is equipped with diffuser, the efficiency value shall not be lower than the provisions in Table 3 that 0.55<γ<0.75, and the machine number > No10. When there is no diffuser at the outlet of the fan, the efficiency value shall be increased by 2 percentage points from those in Table 3.
5) For axial fans with adjustable moving blades (synchronous adjustment of moving blade angle completed in operation), the efficiency value shall be not less than 89.5% for Grade 1, 87% for Grade 2 and 82% for Grade 3, under the condition that there is no inlet box at the inlet and no diffuser at the outlet;
6) For reversible axial fan, the efficiency value shall be reduced by 8 percentage points according to those specified in Table 3.
