1 Scope
This part of GB 20651 specifies the safety requirements and protective measures for the ignition engine and its basic auxiliary equipment, and may proposes special requirements for gas engine according to the specific uses. This part does not cover special requirements in potentially explosive atmosphere.
This part is applicable to onshore, underground and water spark ignition engines (hereinafter referred to as engines).
Note: The engine described in this part refers to the prime motor to the power output end.
