Introduction of GB 25466-2010/XG1-2013

为进一步加强大气污染防治工作，落实国务院批复实施的《重点区域大气污染防治“十二五”规划》的相关要求，我部决定修改国家污染物排放标准《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》（GB 25466-2010），在标准中增加大气污染物特别排放限值，具体内容如下：
根据国家环境保护工作的要求，在国土开发密度较高、环境承载能力开始减弱，或大气环境容量较小、生态环境脆弱，容易发生严重大气环境污染问题而需要采取特别保护措施的地区，应严格控制企业的污染物排放行为，在上述地区的企业执行表1 规定的大气污染物特别排放限值。新增加的氮氧化物浓度的测定采用表2 所列的方法标准。
执行大气污染物特别排放限值的地域范围、时间，由国务院环境保护行政主管部门或省级人民政府规定。
