本标准适用于大批量(大于1吨)物料的生产操作、贸易、填埋或再循环等活动,但不适用于下列情况:
———食品、饮水、动物饲料和任何用于食品或动物饲料的物质;
———空气中的氡(空气中氡浓度的优化行动水平见GB18871—2002附录H);
———运输中的物料(按运输标准管理);
———已核准实践所产生的液态和气载流出物(它们属于核准排放的范围);
———环境(包括场地土壤)中的放射性残留物
