1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation methods and targets for the fuel consumption of vehicle type and the corporate average fuel consumption of passenger cars.
This standard is applicable to all M1 vehicles with the maximum design total mass not exceeding 3500kg, including gasoline or diesel vehicles, pure electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and gas fuel vehicles.
This standard is not applicable to vehicles only consuming alcohol ether fuels.

fuel consumption of vehicle type
comprehensive fuel consumption of a certain vehicle type determined with the specified method
3.2
average fuel consumption of vehicle fleet
the average fuel consumption of vehicle fleet, which is obtained by weighting and calculating the vehicle quantity corresponding to vehicle type
