1 Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation and high performance liquid chromatography determination method for residue detection of avermectins in milk.
This standard is applicable to the single or multi-residue detection of ivermectin, avermectin, doramectin and eprinomectin in milk.

For the avermectins residues in test portion, extract them with acetonitrile, purify with C18 column, carry out derivatization with trifluoroacetic anhydride and N-methyl glyoxaline, determine with high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence method, and quantitate with external standard method.
