1 Scope
This standard specifies the sampling and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the determination of dapsone residues in animal food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of dapsone residues in muscle and liver tissues of pigs and cattle.
2 Normative references
The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) to, or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition applies.
GB/T 1.1-2000 Directives for standardization — Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standards
GB/T 6682 Water for analytical laboratory use — Specification and test methods
3 Principle
The residual dapsone in the sample is extracted with acetonitrile, degreased with N-hexane, purified by MCX column, determined by LC-MS/MS, and quantified by external standard method.
