GB 5009.189-2023 National food safety standard - Determination of bongkrekic acid in foods
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of bongkrekic acid in foods.
The Method I of this standard is applicable to the determination of bongkrekic acid in tremella and its products, fermentive corn flour and its products.
The Method II of this standard is applicable to the determination of bongkrekic acid in tremella and its products, auricularia auricular and its products, as well as cereals and their products.
Method I Liquid chromatography
2 Principle
Extract bongkrekic acid in the specimens with solvent, then purify and concentrate it by mixed strong anion exchange column or liquid-liquid extraction method, analyse with high performance liquid chromatograph, and quantify by external standard method.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, reagents used in this method are analytical pure, and the water is Class-I water as specified in GB/T 6682.
3.1 Reagents
3.1.1 Methanol (CH3OH): chromatographically pure.
3.1.2 Methanol (CH3OH).
3.1.3 Ammonia water (NH3·H2O): 25%~28%.
3.1.4 Formic acid (CH2O2).
3.1.5 Hydrochloric acid (HCl).
3.1.6 Phosphoric acid (H3PO4).
3.1.7 Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3).
3.1.8 Petroleum ether (C5H12O2): with a boiling range of 30℃~60℃.
3.1.9 Ethyl ether absolute (C4H10O)
3.1.10 Trichloromethane (CHCl3).
3.2 Reagent preparation
3.2.1 Phosphoric acid solution (45.4%): measure 45.4mL of phosphoric acid and put it into a 100mL volumetric flask, dilute it to the scale with water and shake well.
