1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to improve construction level of civil air defence works, reduce works cost and guarantee works quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of various constructed, extended and renovated civil air defence works.
1.0.3 The following documents shall be prepared before construction of civil air defence works:
1 Works geologic investigation report;
2 Approved construction drawing design document;
3 Drawing data for existing underground pipelines and underground structures in construction area;
4 Approved construction organization design or construction scheme;
5 Necessary test data.
1.0.4 Works construction shall meet the design requirements. Used materials, members and equipment shall be provided with product certificate and meet the product quality standard; if no quality certificate, they shall be inspected, and they shall not be used until they meet the quality requirements.
1.0.5 Where works construction influences the use and safety of adjacent buildings and structures or pipelines, effective measures shall be taken for treatment.
1.0.6 During works construction, concealed works shall be recorded, and middle or subitem inspection shall be carried out, if qualified, the construction of next procedure may be carried out.
1.0.7 Equipment installation engineering shall be of close fitting with civil work; the equipment installation may not be carried out until main civil work completes and the inspection is qualified.
1.0.8 During works construction quality acceptance, the following documents and records shall be provided:
1 Drawing joint review, design alteration and negotiation record;
2 Raw material quality certificate and inspection (test) report;
3 Works construction record;
4 Acceptance record of concealed works;
5 Concrete sample, pipe and equipment system test report;
6 Quality acceptance record of subitem and subsection project;
7 Completion drawing and other rellevant documents and records.
1.0.9 Construction and acceptance of civil air defence works shall not only comply with this code, but also meet the provisions stated in the national current relevant standard and code.
1.0.10 Safety technology, environmental protection, fire prevention measures, etc. during construction of civil air defence works must meet the relevant special provisions.
