1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to implementing the policy of "Safety First and Prevention First" in the power supply and consumption at the construction engineering site, ensuring the personal safety and equipment safety in the power supply and consumption at the construction site, as well as realizing the safety and reliability, quality and economic rationality in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of power supply and consumption facilities at the construction site.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of power supply and consumption facilities (of 10KV and below voltage) for the general industrial and civil construction engineering, but not applicable to the particular engineering such as underwater, under-shaft and mine engineering.
1.0.3 The safety and reliably of the power supply and consumption for construction engineering site shall not only comply with this code but also comply with those specified in the current relevant standards and codes of the nation.
