1.0.1 This code is established to guarantee construction quality of electric power converter equipment installation, improve engineering construction techniques and ensure safe operation of electric power converter equipment.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to construction, debugging and acceptance of power converter equipment which is composed of power and electronic components and converter transformer, etc.
1.0.3 The installation of power converter equipment shall comply with design approved.
1.0.4 Transport and storage of power converter equipment and apparatus shall meet relevant regulations of applicable national standard. Special requirements of products shall also be complied with, if there are.
1.0.5 The storable life of equipment and apparatus before installation shall be one year or below. When long-term preservation is required, special provisions of equipment and device preservation shall be complied with.
1.0.6 The equipments and apparatus adopted shall meet provisions of applicable national technical standards and have quality certificate. The equipments shall have relevant nameplates.
1.0.7 After arrival of equipments and apparatus, they shall be inspected and checked at specified period and conform to the following requirements:
1.0.7.1 Packaging and seal shall be in good condition.
1.0.7.2 Examination shall be made according to the packing list. The specification, quantity and technical parameters shall meet requirements of design. Components and spare parts shall be complete.
1.0.7.3 Technical document of product shall be complete and in good condition.
1.0.7.4 According to requirements of this code, visual check shall qualify.
1.0.8 Safe and technical standards under construction shall meet provisions of this code and applicable safe and technical standards as well as provisions of product technical documents. Relevant safe and technical measures shall be established for important construction project and works.
1.0.9 Construction of architectural engineering which is relevant to installation works of power converter equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1.0.9.1 The architectural engineering quality of buildings and structures which are relevant to the installation of power converter equipment shall meet relevant regulations of applicable national architectural engineering construction and acceptance specifications.
1.0.9.2 Before installation of equipment, architectural works shall meet the following conditions:
(1) When the construction of roof and floor slab has been completed, there is no leakage;
(2) The painting works of floor, door, window and wall shall be completed and meet requirements of design;
(3) Foundation, channel, pre-embedded pieces and preformed hole (opening) of installation of power converter equipment shall meet requirements of design;
(4) Works of heating, ventilation and lighting system shall be completed and meet requirements of design;
(5) Decoration works that may damage equipments installed or can not continue after installation of equipment shall be completed.
1.0.9.3 After installation and before debugging and operation of equipment, architectural engineering shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Clear away fouling of framework, infill holes and decoration engineering shall be finished;
(2) Indoor plastering shall be completed;
(3) Maintenance prevention, such as protection net door and handrail, shall be all complete;
(4) Construction of works that can not be carried out or affect operation safety after being powered shall be finished.
1.0.10 Except for anchor bolt, fasteners for equipment installation shall be of galvanized ones.
1.0.12 Construction and installation of power converter equipment, besides provisions hereof, shall also comply with provisions of applicable national standards or codes.
