1.0.1 This Code is designed for purpose of guaranteeing quality of crane electrical equipment construction and installation, promoting improvement of construction and installation technology as well as ensuring safe operation of equipment.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to construction and acceptance of all sorts of newly-built electric devices of crane and electric block whose rated voltage is under 0.5kv and trolley wire installation engineering of 3kv or below.
1.0.3 Installation of crane electrical equipments shall comply with approved design and technical documents.
1.0.4 Transportation and storage of crane electrical equipments shall comply with relevant provisions of applicable national standards. If necessary, special product requirements shall also be complied with.
1.0.5 Equipments and devices adopted shall comply with provisions of applicable national standard and shall have qualification certificate and nameplate.
1.0.6 After arrival of equipments and devices at construction site, the following acceptance items shall be made:
1.0.6.1 Package shall be consummate and seal shall be kept in good condition.
1.0.6.2 Number and specification shall meet design requirements, and appendices and spare parts shall be complete.
1.0.6.3 Technical documents of product shall be complete.
1.0.6.4 No damage, deformation and rust are allowed on product appearance.
1.0.7 Technical safety measures in construction shall comply with provisions hereof, applicable technical safety standards and product technical documents.
1.0.8 Architectural engineering construction involving installation of crane electrical equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1.0.8.1 Architectural engineering quality of building and structure involving installation of crane electrical equipment shall comply with provisions of applicable national architectural engineering construction and acceptance scope. If there is special equipment and design requirements, relevant requirements shall also be met.
1.0.8.2 Before equipment installation, architectural engineering shall have the following conditions:
(1) Roof of crane shall be waterproof;
(2) Positions of pre-embedded pieces and reserved holes for terminal tension apparatus of suspended flexible cable and installation hole of trolley wire bracket on concrete beam shall be correct, holes shall not be blocked and pre-embedded pieces shall be firm;
(3) Concrete beam where trolley wire is installed shall have completed coating work.
1.0.9 Non-electrical metal parts such as structure, steel pipe and trolley wire, of crane electrical equipment shall be painted with anti-corrosive paint or be galvanized.
1.0.10 Except for anchor bolt, fasteners of equipment installation shall adopt galvanized ones.
1.0.11 Grounding of non-electrical metal parts of crane shall meet the following requirements:
1.0.11.1 If grounding trolley connector is adopted, connection among the trolley connector, track and grounding trolley wire shall be reliable.
1.0.11.2 If cab is bolted to crane body, electric jumper connection shall be adopted; the number of jumper connection points shall be more than two. Jumper connection is recommended to adopt multi-strand flexible copper wire, whose sectional area shall not be less than 16mm2, and connecting terminals shall be fixed with galvanized bolts; if round steel or flat steel is adopted for jumper connection, diameter of round steel shall not be less than 12mm, while width and thickness of flat steel shall not be less than 40mm and 4mm separately.
1.0.11.3 Each piece of tracks of crane shall have two grounding points. Electric jumper connection is recommended to be adopted at connection end of tracks, and grounding resistance shall be less than 4Ω.
1.0.12 Construction and installation of crane electrical equipment, besides provisions hereof, shall also comply with provisions of applicable national standards or codes.
