1.0.1 This code is prepared in order to make urban lands fair used, coordinate the overground urban position and underground position of engineering pipeline and relationship between urban engineering pipeline and other engineering and provide references for design and management of engineering pipeline.
1.02 This code is applicable to urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning at the stage of general planning (including district planning) and detail planning.
1.0.3 Urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning is to determine arrangement sequence of urban engineering pipeline when laid underground and the minimum level clear spacing and minimum vertical clearance between engineering pipelines; determine minimum covering depth of urban engineering pipeline when laid underground; determine plan position of pipeline and rod line of urban engineering pipeline when laid overhead and minimum level clear spacing and minimum vertical clearance among building (structure), road and adjacent engineering pipelines.
1.0.4 Urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning shall attach importance to short-term construction planning and shall consider the demand for long-term development.
1.0.5 Urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning shall make an appropriate arrangement in conjunction with the urban development and take full advantage of overground and underground urban space.
1.0.6 Urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning shall coordinate with the following disciples: urban road traffic, urban community, urban environment, water supply works, drainage works, thermal engineering, power engineering, gas engineering, communication engineering, flood control engineering and civil air defense works.
1.0.7 Urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning shall not only comply with this code but also the provisions and codes stated in current related standards of the Nation.
