1. General provisions
1.0.1 This Code is formulated with a view to improve technical levels for national roof engineering, ensure function and quality of waterproof and thermal retardation, and heat insulation engineering.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to design and construction of building roof engineering.
1.0.3 Design and construction for roof engineering shall be in accordance with requirement for national, local related environmental protection and construction energy conservation, so as to take correspondent measures.
1.0.4 Design and construction for roof engineering shall not only conform to this Code, but also be in accordance with in the national current relevant standards.
1.0.5 Acceptance of construction of the roof engineering shall be in accordance with national standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Roof" GB 50207 - 2002.
