1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is prepared for the purpose of regulating the construction of sintering mechanical equipment installation,ensuring the quality,safety and environmental protection of construction project,promoting the technical progress,economical benefit,social benefit,environmental benefit.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to installation of straight sintering equipment and its main auxiliary mechanical equipment.
1.0.3 The construction of sintering mechanical equipment installation shall be carried out according to the code,the quality acceptance according to current national standard GB50402 Code for Installation Acceptance of Sintering Mechanical Equipment Engineering.
1.0.4 During the installation of sinitering mechanical equipment,in addition to the requirements stipulated in this code,those stipulated in the current relevant ones of the nation shall also be complied with.
2 Basic Requirement
2.0.1 An erection company of sintering mechanical equipment shall hold corresponding qualification certificate.
2.0.2 The people installing the sintering equipment shall have the corresponding skills.Special type operator shall hold special operation certificate before working after the special safety training according to national requirements.
2.0.3 A welder to engage in welding operation for engineering installation of sintering mechanical equipment,only when he passes qualification examination and obtain a qualified license,may he engage in welding operation commensurate to the scope of his qualification items of examination.
2.0.4 Self-examination and joint examination of drawings shall be carried out before commencement,with record of all kinds completed.A technical verification visa or a design variation notice from design institute shall be available for drawing modification.
2.0.5 Construction technical standard and approved construction organization design,construction proposal,and operation design,and etc.
2.0.6 Technical disclosure shall be carried out before commencement of construction drawings,contract technical document,construction organization design,construction proposal and operation design.
2.0.7 Qualified measuring instruments by metrological verification and calibration shall be available during the erection of sintering mechanical equipment.Their accuracy grade shall be complied with quality standard.
2.0.8 The specified sequences shall be observed during the erection of sintering equipment.Self examination,special examination and examination by supervisor shall be carried out for each process with record.The next sequence shall not begin before the acceptance of previous sequence.
2.0.9 Concealed work of sintering equipment construction shall be concealed timely after the acceptance with concealment records.
2.0.10 Equipment foundation,plant workshop,road & access,related temporary facilities and safety facilities shall meet the requirements of erection before erection of equipment.
2.0.11 Preparation of staff,technology,material,and construction site,and construction equipment mobilization shall be done before erection.
2.0.12 Equipment-protecting measures shall be adopted during erection and lifting of equipment,while product protection after erection.
3.1 Equipment Foundation Acceptance and Resurvey
3.1.1 Foundation takeover and examination shall be carried out before equipment erection,which shall not begin without acceptance and take-over of foundation.
3.1.2 The following requirements shall be met during equipment foundation acceptance:
1 During acceptance of equipment foundation,civil construction drawings,equipment erection drawings as well as the foundation construction takeover document shall be based on for recheck and acceptance;
2 Formwork,anchor bolt supporting structure,exposed reinforcement,shall all be removed,with laitance,oil dirt,gravel,soil and pounding on the foundation surface and hole of anchor bolt cleared away;
3 Oil shall be applied onto threads of anchor bolt,and shall be protected;
4 Outer dimensions of foundation,centerline and elevation of anchor bolt,preset hole of anchor bolt,centerline,elevation,dimensions of embedded parts of T-shaped bolt,shall meet both design technical document and the requirements of the current national standard GB50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment InstallationEngineering.
5 Strength of foundation concrete shall meet design requirements.
6 Quality of equipment foundation shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB50204 Code of Quality Acceptance of Concrete Structure.
7 The document of foundation acceptance shall be complete with signatures by quality inspection department and engineering supervising department.
3.1.3 Takeover of settlement observation document and observation points shall be carried out for equipment foundation to be observed for settlement,which shall be continued during erection of equipment.
3.2 Set up of Reference Line and Benchmarks
3.2.1 Set up of reference line and benchmarks of equipment shall be done before erection of equipment,with the following requirements met:
1 The layout of reference lines and bench marks shall be completed based on design technical document before erection of equipment;
2 Center plotting plate and bench mark shall be set based on the takeover document of foundation,site survey control point,layout of reference line and bench mark.Permanent center plotting plate and bench mark shall be set for main equipment and equipment of continuous production line;
3 Measurement shall be done based on the reference lines and bench marks;
4 Report of measurement achievement shall be submitted immediately,which shall be confirmed by supervisor.
