2.0.7 Prior to equipment installation, the site shall be with water and power supply, operation platform and space as well as smooth transportation road.
2.0.8 The equipment installation shall be carried out according to specified process. After completion of each procedure, self-inspection, special inspection and inspection by supervisor shall be carried out with corresponding record being made.If the previous procedure has not passed inspection, the following procedure cannot be carried out.The hand-over inspection shall be carried out between related specialized companies with corresponding record being made.
2.0.9 The parts and pipelines with flowing oxygen of steel-making equipment must be free of grease.Prior to installation, strict inspection shall be carried out, to guarantee no grease exists.
2.0.10 Equipment degreasing shall be carried out according to the following requirements:
1 The dirt on the surface of parts and within the pipelines shall be removed.
2 Degreasing should be accomplished via injecting degreasing agent and immersing within it or wiping with it.
3 After the degreased parts are determined as qualified upon checking, the protective measures shall be taken to avoid recontamination.
4 The degreasing agent shall be in accordance with the requirement of its product specifications during utilization and storage.
2.0.11 The following requirements shall be complied with during the inspection after degreasing:
1 Free of flavor of degreasing agent.
2 Wipe with a dry and clean white filter paper on which shall be free of grease mark or dirt.
3 Be exposed to ultraviolet lamp and free of violet-blue fluorescence.
2.0.12 The oxygen lance must be subject to a hydrostatic test according to the requirement of the design technical document.
2.0.13 For the hydrostatic test of various water cooling systems of a steel-making equipment, the clean water shall be utilized and the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5℃ (if impossible, the antifreezing measures shall be taken), and the temperature of water shall remain higher than the dew point of the environment.
2.0.14 During the hydrostatic test, slowly booster pressure and have the pressure gauge for the test properly calibrated and comply with the following requirements:its accuracy shall not be lower than Grade 1.5, its full-scale value shall be 1.5-2 times of the test pressure to be measured, and its quantity shall be at least two pieces.
2.0.15 Appropriate hoisting machinery and lifting points shall be selected based on the weight of the equipment, the lifting height and the environmental conditions of the site.In case of lifting with special measures, the special operation scheme shall be prepared, including the lifting methods, the load distribution, the strength calculation of self-made auxiliary lifting tools, the operational procedures and the safety measures, etc.
2.0.16 The secondary grouting and other concealed works shall be inspected, and timely concealed with corresponding record being made if qualified. The secondary grouting shall meet the requirement of the design technical document or related requirements of the current national standard General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering GB50231 in case of no related requirement in the design technical document.
2.0.17 For equipment erection, the materials of fixtures and jigs to be welded together with the parent metal shall be the same as or of the same category number with the parent metal. The parent metal shall not be damaged during dismantlement of fixtures and jigs, and the remaining craters on it shall be polished so as to be flush with it after dismantlement.
