1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with view to normalizing the installation and construction of coking chemical and mechanical equipment, promoting technical progress and ensuring Work quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the Work installation of metallurgical coking coal processing equipment and the mechanical equipment of the coke oven system, the dry quenching system and the gas purifying and chemical product recycling system.
1.0.3 Not only the requirements stipulated in this code on the Work installation of coking chemical and mechanical equipment, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with.
2 Basic Regulation
2.0.1 The installation of equipment must be performed by using measuring instruments subjected to metrological verification and qualified calibration, and the accuracy grades shall meet the requirements of quality standard.
2.0.2 Before the installation of equipment, the following construction works shall be prepared:
1 The self-examination and joint checkup of drawings shall be performed, and records shall be kept;
2 Construction site shall have the corresponding construction technical standard and technical documents of construction organization design, construction scheme, etc., which are examined and approved;
3 Technical disclosure shall be performed to related personnel in accordance with technical documents of design documents, contract agreement, construction technical standard, construction organization design, construction scheme, etc;
4 Temporary facilities of equipment foundation, plants, roads for transportation, water source, power supply, lighting, fire control, etc.shall meet the requirements of equipment installation;
5 Main material, construction machinery and tools and instruments shall meet the requirements of installation.
2.0.3 Before the installation of equipment, rust, dirt and grease on the surface of equipment and paint on the bottom surface of equipment base shall be removed, and the rust removal and cleaning methods for equipment shall meet the requirements of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Work GB50231 as national standard.
2.0.4 The installation of equipment shall be performed in accordance with the specified working procedures, and each working procedure shall be checked after finishing to form records.The next working procedure shall not be performed in case of no approved examination of the previous working procedure.
2.0.5 Concealed works in the installation of equipment shall be concealed after passing examination, and records shall be kept.
2.0.6 Equipment protective measures shall be ensured in the processes of equipment installation and hoisting to avoid damage to equipment.After being installed, equipment shall be protected well.
2.0.7 The installation of dry quenching waste heat boiler shall meet the requirements of design documents and Technical Supervision Regulation for Safety of Boiler TSG G0001andTechnical Specification for Electric Power Construction Part 2: Boiler Unit DL 5190.2 as current national standard.
3 Equipment Foundation, Anchor Bolts and Shim Plates
3.1 Equipment Foundation
3.1.1 Before being installed, equipment foundation shall be subjected to handover acceptance, and one not subjected to handover acceptance shall not be installed.
3.1.2 The handover acceptance of equipment foundation shall be in compliance with the following requirements:
1 Basic acceptance material shall be complete;
2 The strength grades of foundation concrete shall meet the requirements of design documents, and acceptance material and records shall be reserved;
3 The position and size of foundation shall meet the requirements of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Work GB50231 as national standard;
4 Form work on the surface of foundation, anchor bolt fixing frame, etc. shall be removed, and laitance, oil stain, broken stone, mud, accumulated water, etc. on the surface of foundation and in anchor bolt holes shall be removed;
5 Built-in anchor bolts shall have no damage, threads shall be cleaned and coated with grease and have the protective measures.
3.1.3 Design documents and relevant specifications and provisions shall include equipment foundation subjected to settlement observation, settlement observation records and settlement observation points shall be handed over, and settlement observation shall be proceeded to perform in the process of equipment installation.
3.2 Datum Line and Datum Mark for Installation of Equipment
3.2.1 Before the installation of equipment, the datum line and datum mark of installation shall be set, which shall be in compliance with the following requirements:
1 Draw the arrangement diagrams of datum line and datum mark in accordance with design documents;
2 Set central target and datum mark in accordance with basic handover material and the arrangement diagrams of datum line and datum mark;
3 Survey datum line and datum mark in accordance with site surveying control network;
4 Main body equipment shall be embedded with the central target and the perpetual datum mark;
5 After surveying, the measuring result report shall be submitted.
3.2.2 After the equipment installation Work is finished, the perpetual central target, the perpetual datum mark and arrangement diagrams thereof shall be handed over construction units.
