1 Scope
This Standard is applicable to beverages, rather than packaged drinking water (including drinking natural mineral water).
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 beverage
product, made of one or several edible raw materials, adding or not adding auxiliary materials, food additives and/or food nutrition enhancers, processed into quantitative packages for direct drinking or drinking after preparing, whose ethanol content does not exceed 0.5%; typical beverages include carbonated drinks, fruit and/or vegetable juices and their drinks, protein drinks and solid drinks
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Requirements for raw and auxiliary materials
The raw and auxiliary materials for beverage shall meet the requirements of applicable food standards and provisions.
3.2 Sensory requirements
The sensory requirements on beverage shall meet those specified in Table 1.
