Retreat the sample to make the lead exist in the test solution in the ionic state. After the lead ion is atomized in test solution, the ground state atom absorbs the resonance line emitted by lead hollow cathode lamp and the absorbing capacity is proportional to the lead content in sample. The lead is quantified by comparing with standard series according to the measured the spectral line intensity after absorption when other conditions keep unchanged.
