1 Scope
This document defines the terms for decontamination fire fighting vehicles, specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for decontamination fire fighting vehicles, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and inspection of decontamination fire fighting vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "decontamination vehicles").

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
heating rate
The temperature increase per unit time of the decontamination fire fighting vehicle tank using a heating device.
Note: The unit for heating rate is degrees Celsius per minute (°C/min).
3.2
fixed decontamination device
Equipment fixedly installed on the decontamination fire fighting vehicle, used for decontamination operations.
3.3
mobile decontamination device
Equipment that can be moved outside the decontamination fire fighting vehicle to perform decontamination operations.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Basic Requirements
Decontamination vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.
4.2 Vehicle Requirements
4.2.1 General Requirements
4.2.1.1 When a fuel-fired heater shares the fuel tank with the chassis, modification of the fuel tank shall be carried out by the original chassis manufacturer. The volume shall be not less than 200 L, and a low fuel level alarm device shall be provided. When the fuel-fired heater uses a dedicated tank, its volume shall be not less than 100 L.
4.2.1.2 All high-temperature and high-pressure components on the decontamination vehicle that may cause injury to personnel shall have protective devices.
4.2.1.3 The tank volume of the decontamination vehicle (excluding the waste liquid recovery tank) shall be not less than 500 L.
4.2.1.4 All wetted components of the decontamination vehicle in contact with decontamination solution shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
4.2.1.5 The decontamination vehicle shall be equipped with a heating device (except for those with chemical neutralization/decontamination capability) and an automatic decontamination concentrate proportioning device (except when pre-mixed solutions are used).
4.2.1.6 Decontamination vehicles with personnel decontamination capability shall be equipped with either a personal/public decontamination tent or a fixed decontamination chamber (at least one of these three), and shall be equipped with waste liquid transfer or collection devices.
4.2.1.7 The explosion-proof performance of decontamination vehicles with such functionality shall comply with the requirements of GB(/T) 3836 (all parts) and GB 25286 (all parts).
4.2.2 Operating Instructions and Marking Requirements
4.2.2.1 Operating instructions shall be provided at both the water pump operating location and the decontamination device operating location on the decontamination vehicle. The operating instructions shall include at least the following:
a)Operating procedure for the decontamination device;
b) Personnel protection requirements;
c) Schematic diagram of the decontamination device system;
d) Precautions for operating the decontamination device;
e) Location for filling decontamination concentrate and related operating precautions.
4.2.2.2 All buttons and switches on the decontamination vehicle shall have operating markings. The markings shall be clear, and the fixing method shall ensure permanent retention.
4.2.2.3 Warning signs shall be provided at hazardous locations on the decontamination vehicle, such as high temperature, high pressure, and high-speed rotation, as well as at locations where hazardous materials are stored.
4.2.2.4 Decontamination vehicles carrying neutralizing, decontaminating, disinfecting, or similar agents shall have designated and marked storage compartments for them.
4.2.3 Control System Requirements
The operating location(s) of the decontamination vehicle shall have at least the following functions or displays:
a) Hydraulic system control switch (if applicable);
b) Start/stop switch for the heating device;
c) Tank liquid level display and low liquid (powder) level alarm;
d) Temperature display and adjustment;
e) Automatic shutdown at high temperature (if applicable);
f) Automatic shutdown at low liquid level;
g) Start/stop switch for the stirring or mixing system (if applicable);
h) Emergency stop button.
4.3 Chassis Modification Requirements

4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Basic Requirements
Decontamination vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.
4.2 Vehicle Requirements
4.2.1 General Requirements
4.2.1.1 When a fuel-fired heater shares the fuel tank with the chassis, modification of the fuel tank shall be carried out by the original chassis manufacturer. The volume shall be not less than 200 L, and a low fuel level alarm device shall be provided. When the fuel-fired heater uses a dedicated tank, its volume shall be not less than 100 L.
4.2.1.2 All high-temperature and high-pressure components on the decontamination vehicle that may cause injury to personnel shall have protective devices.
4.2.1.3 The tank volume of the decontamination vehicle (excluding the waste liquid recovery tank) shall be not less than 500 L.
4.2.1.4 All wetted components of the decontamination vehicle in contact with decontamination solution shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
4.2.1.5 The decontamination vehicle shall be equipped with a heating device (except for those with chemical neutralization/decontamination capability) and an automatic decontamination concentrate proportioning device (except when pre-mixed solutions are used).
