Test method for specular gloss of plastics
1 Subject content and applicable scope
This standard specifies three methods for measuring the specular gloss of plastics with 20° angle, 45° angle and 60° angle.
This standard is applicable to the measurement of specular gloss of plastics. 20° angle is used for plastics with high gloss, 45° angle is mainly used for plastics with low gloss, and 60° angle is mainly used for plastics with medium gloss. This standard is only applicable to the comparison of specular gloss of the same type of plastics with the same method.
