Article 1.0.1 This code is worked out to ensure the construction and installation quality of high-voltage appliance, to promote the technology advance of installation, to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
Article 1.0.2 This code is applicable to the erection works, like the construction and acceptance of AD 500kv (or less) air circuit breaker, oil circuit breaker, sulphur hexafluoride circuit breakers, SF6 enclosed type constitutional electric apparatus, vacuum breaker, disconnecting switch, load switch, high-voltage fuse, reactor, arrester and capacitor.
Article 1.0.3 The installation of high-voltage appliance should be carried out in accordance with the plan approved.
Article 1.0.4 The transportation and safekeeping of equipment and appliance should conform to the requirements of this code; special requirements of the products should conform to the relevant requirements.
Article 1.0.5 The safekeeping period of equipment and appliance before the installation is one year or less; the long-term safekeeping should conform to the special regulations concerned.
Article 1.0.6 The equipment and appliance adopted should conform to the requirements of current national technical standards and obtain certificate of conformity, and the equipment should have nameplate.
Article 1.0.7 When the equipment and appliance is delivered to the working destination, the following acceptance inspection is to be carried out:
1. The good packing and seal.
2. Open the box for inspection and counting; the gauge should conform to the design requirements and the accessory and spare parts should be intact.
3. The technical documents of the products should be intact.
4. Carry out the appearance inspection in accordance with the requirements of this code.
Article 1.0.8 The safety technical measures during the construction should conform to the regulations of this code as well as current safety technical standards and the technical document of products. The safety technical measures for the important working procedure should be worked out in advance.
Article 1.0.9 The construction related to the installation of high-voltage appliance should conform to the following requirements:
1. The construction project of buildings and constructional work related to the installation of high-voltage appliance should conform to the regulations concerning current national construction and acceptance code of construction project. The special requirements of equipment and design should conform to the relevant requirements.
2. The construction project before the equipment installation should conform to the following requirements:
1) There is no leakage to roof and floorslab after the construction;
2) Mark out ground elevation on the wall after finishing the basic construction of interior floor; do well the ground finish after the framing installation of equipment pedestal and bus-bar device in the distribution room; ensure the installation of doors and windows in the distribution room;
3) The built-in fitting and reserved hole should conform to the design requirements and the built-in fitting should be solid;
4). When it is to carry out the decoration, the work may damage the equipment installed or the work not allows the decoration after the equipment installation should be finished.
5) The intensity and rigidity of concrete and brackets should be in the allowance limitation, and the welding quality of equipment supporter should conform to the requirements;
6) The templet, construction facilities and sundries should be get rid of and there must be enough installation site left to ensure the convenient construction road system; 7) The walkway plate, parapet, platform and ladder used for high-rise structure should be complete and solid;
8) The foundation trench has been backfilled and compacted solidly.
3. Before the equipment's putting into operation, the construction project should conform to the following requirements:
1) Get rid of the dirt on the frame; the backfill and decoration should be finished;
2) Complete secondary grouting and trowel led finish;
3).Protective mesh door, parapet and ladder should be complete;
4).The site of outdoors distribution device should be flat;
5).The construction work that can not be carried out or can affect the operation safety after it is power on.
Article 1.0.10 The fasteners (except for foundation bolt) used for equipment installation should be galvanized; the fastener used in outdoor should be hot galvanized; the fastener used by electric appliance’s connecting terminal should conform to the regulations of current national standard Terminals for transformers, high-voltage apparatus and bushings.
Article 1.0.11 The quality of porcelain element for high voltage insulators should conform to the regulations of current national standards Technical specifications of porcelain element for high voltage insulators and of relevant electric porcelain product technology.
Article 1.0.12 Despite of the regulation of this code, the construction and acceptance of high-voltage appliance should also conform to the relevant regulations of current national standard specifications.
