1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method and evaluation index for evaluating the snagging degree of fabrics by mace test method.
This standard is applicable to knitted fabrics, woven fabrics and other fabrics liable to snagging, especially to chemical fiber filament and its textured yarn fabrics.
This standard is not applicable to mesh-structure fabrics, non-woven fabrics and tufted fabrics.
