1.1 This standard specifies the test method for ultraviolet absorbance of white oils.
1.2 This standard is applicable to the white oils for makeup, medicine and food. It is not applicable to the white oil containing the additive which is soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide and can indicate fluorescence or fluorescence flatting.
1.3 The international system of units (SI) is adopted in this standard, and the values expressed in mesh are for reference only.
1.4 This standard is not intended to propose suggestions for all safety concerns related to use. Thus, the user is obliged to investigate and establish proper operation method of safety and health care and ensure the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. See 7.1~7.2 for the description of special prevention.
