GB/T 6587.7-1986 Basic safety tests for electronic measuring instruments
3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Appearance and property
3.1.1 Defined nameplate shall be provided with for wheel deviation tester and models, manufacturer's name, delivery date, delivery number and rated load shall be marked on the nameplate.
3.1.2 Words or symbols shall be provided with for various controls such as switch, button, socket and wiring terminal and shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. The controls shall be flexible and reliable free from looseness or binding.
3.1.3 Dial of pointer display instrument shall be clear and the pointer shall be not crooked in stable rotation free from run-out or binding etc.; digital display instrument shall be free from defects with influence in readout; the digital display shall be stable within 5s; and retention time of the indicating value shall be no less than 8s.
3.1.4 The movement of sliding plates shall be stable and clamping of champing devices shall be reliable.
3.2 Security of electrical system
Protective earth terminal shall be provided with for wheel deviation tester and defined grounding marks shall be provided with near this terminal. The protective grounding terminal shall be reliably connected with protective grounding point through special flavovirens wire.
3.2.2 As for electrical system of the wheel deviation tester, its security shall meet the requirements that rated operational voltage not exceed Category I safety instrument of 500V in GB/T 6587.7-1986 and the insulation resistance value shall be no less than 5MΩ.
3.3 Run-out volume of special calibration core rod
Radial circular run-out volume of special calibration core rod shall be no greater than 0.3mm.
3.4 Zero error and zero point drift
3.4.1 Zero error: shall not exceed ±0.2mm.
3.4.2 Zero point drift: shall be no greater than 0.2mm within 30min.
3.5 Indication error: shall not exceed ±0.2mm.
As for wheel deviation testers on motorcycle detection line equipped with printing device or computer control, the displayed values and print values of the instrument or displayed value of the computer on the line all shall meet this provision.
3.6 Alarm point determination error: shall not exceed ±0.2 mm.
3.7 Repeatability error: shall be no greater than 0.1mm.
3.8 Movement force of sliding plates
The movement force of sliding plates moving from zero position to 0.1 mm shall be no greater than 10N.
