本标准代替GB/T 11809-1998《压水堆核燃料棒焊缝金相检验》和GB/T 11851-1996《压水堆燃料棒焊缝X 射线照相检验方法》。本标准将GB/T 11809-1998和GB/T 11851-1996整合修订。
本标准规定了压水堆燃料棒焊缝的金相检验和X射线照相检验方法。
本标准的金相检验方法适用于采用电子束或钨极惰性气体保护进行焊接的锆合金燃料棒环焊缝和密封焊点熔深及缺陷的检验,也适用于焊缝的微观组织检查。其中的薄膜法仅适用于采用电子束焊接的Zr-Sn合金燃料棒焊缝。燃料组件中锆合金导向管焊缝熔深和缺陷以及采用其它焊接方式得到的焊缝的金相检验也可参照执行。本标准与GB/T 11809-1998和GB/T 11851-1996相比,主要变化如下:
———将燃料棒一般结构和焊缝位置调整为附录A;
———将浸蚀方法调整为附录B;
———对有效熔深S测量示意图进行补充并调整为附录C;
———增加X射线防护要求;
———修改象质计的部分规定;
———将人员资格独立成章;
———删除GB/T 11851-1996的4.7。
