3 Product classification
3.1 The capacitor tissue papers are classified into three levels, i.e., superior products, first-class products and acceptable products, according to quality.
3.2 The capacitor tissue papers are classified into Type I and Type II according to density.
3.2.1 The density of Type I is 1.00g/cm3.
3.2.2 The density of Type II is 1.20g/cm3 and 1.15g/cm3.
3.3 The capacitor tissue papers are roll papers, with a roll width of 140mm, 280mm, 420mm and 500mm or conforming to the contract.
3.3.1 Permissible deviations for the roll width: if the roll width is less than or equal to 200mm, the deviation shall not be greater than ±1.0mm; if the roll width is greater than 200mm, the deviation shall not be greater than ±2.0mm.
3.3.2 The roll diameter is generally 220mm~250mm. The inner diameter of the paper core shall be (75±1.0)mm and (76±1.0)mm. When there is an agreement in the order contract, they shall comply with the contract.
3.4 The type, thickness, specification, grade and packaging of capacitor tissue papers shall be set out in the order contract.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The chemical properties of the capacitor tissue papers shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.
