Unnoted tolerance of shape and position for stampings
1 Scope
This standard specifies the grades and values of unnoted tolerances for straightness, flatness, coaxiality, symmetry, roundness, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity and inclination of metal stampings.
This standard is applicable to metal sheet stampings.
2 Grades of tolerances
There are five grades of tolerances for straightness and flatness of stampings, and four for coaxiality and symmetry.
3 Values of tolerances
3.1 Unnoted tolerances for straightness and flatness
The values of unnoted tolerances for straightness and flatness shall be as specified in Table 1, and values obtained from relatively long edges shall be chosen as the main parameters in terms of unnoted tolerances for flatness. Examples for selection of main parameters L, D and H are shown in Figure 1.
