Mass spectrometer leak detector English
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport, storage and quality assurance of mass spectrometer leak detector (hereafter referred to as “leak detector”).
This standard is applicable to leak detectors that use mass spectrometer as a means of detection.

The working conditions of the leak detector shall meet:
a) Temperature: 5°C-35°C;
b) Relative humidity: ≤80%;
