本标准是对GB/T 14489.2-1993 《油料粗蛋白质的测定法》的修订。
本标准规定了植物油料粗蛋白质测定的术语和定义、原理、试剂、仪器、试样制备、操作步骤和结果计算。
本标准适用于植物油料粗蛋白质的测定。
本标准与GB/T 14489.2-1993 的主要技术差异如下：
———修改了规范性引用文件；
———增加并修改了有关术语和定义；
———修订了试剂和仪器说明；
———修订了试样制备；
———增加了半微量法和仪器法；
———增加了蒸馏步骤的检验；

本标准自实施之日起代替GB/T 14489.2-1993 。
