本标准规定了木材工业胶粘剂和纸张浸渍用脲醛、酚醛、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等。本标准适用于以脲醛、酚醛、三聚氰胺与甲醛为主要原料,经缩聚反应合成的各种木材胶粘剂和纸张浸渍用合成树脂;也适用于用三聚氰胺、苯酚、尿素的部分互相替代及用间苯二酚替代部分苯酚共缩聚的合成树脂。本标准不适用于乳液酚醛树脂。
This Standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of urea formaldehyde, phenolic aldehyde and melamine formaldehyde resin for wood adhesive and paper impregnating.
This Standard applies to the various wood adhesives and paper impregnating synthetic resin synthetized via polycondensation reaction, with carbamade, phenol, melamine and methanal as the main materials; this Standard also applies to the synthetic resin with partial mutual replacement among melamine, phenol and carbamade, and with resorcinol replacing partial phenol copolycondensation.
This Standard does not apply to emulsion phenolic resin.
