1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements and rounding off of numerical values of surface condition of hot-rolled steel plates.
This standard is applicable to hot-rolled steel plate rolled in single piece and shear plates sheared from hot rolled coil (hereinafter referred to as steel plates), whose thickness is within 3mm~400mm.

This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements and rounding off of numerical values of surface condition of hot-rolled steel plates.
This standard is applicable to hot-rolled steel plate rolled in single piece and shear plates sheared from hot rolled coil (hereinafter referred to as steel plates), whose thickness is within 3mm~400mm.
