本标准规定了设备及管道保冷设计的基本原则、保冷层材料和主要辅助材料的性能要求及选择原则、保冷计算、保冷结构及其主要施工技术要求等。本标准适用于外壁表面温度低于环境温度至77K的一般低温设备、管道及其附件1）的保冷设计。本标准不适用于建筑物及有特殊专业要求的装置设施或部位的保冷设计。
